Services Built for the Shop Floor

Getting your tools configured, connected, and running the way your team actually works: that is what we do. Here is the full picture.

Implementation & Onboarding

Productive from day one, not week six.

We configure SOLIDWORKS for your environment: templates, toolbox, file structure, and standards. Your team starts working the way it already works, with the software set up to match.

Our Specialty

CAM & Post-Processor Setup

We configure SOLIDWORKS CAM and DELMIA CAM for your specific machines: Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, whatever you are running. Output that goes straight to the machine, because we understand what happens after the model leaves the screen.

Data Management & PDM

A data backbone that holds up.

Vault setup, user permissions, BOM management, and revision control. We design and build your SOLIDWORKS PDM environment so files do not get lost between engineering and the floor.

Pre-Sales Consulting

The right tools, not the most expensive ones.

Not sure what you need? We audit your current tools and recommend the right configuration. We get paid when you buy the right thing, so the advice stays honest.

SOLIDWORKS Training

Instructor-led, on-site or remote.

Live SOLIDWORKS training for every skill level: virtual classroom, in-person classroom, or on-site at your facility. Each session is led by an engineer and built around your team and your actual workflow.

Services FAQ

What services does Morphos 3D provide?

Morphos 3D provides SOLIDWORKS implementation and onboarding, CAM and post-processor setup, PDM and data-management rollouts, pre-sales configuration consulting, and ongoing technical support. Every engagement is handled by engineers who have run the full CAD to CAM to CNC to ERP pipeline themselves, not a generic help desk.

Do you set up CAM post-processors for specific machines and controllers?

Yes. We configure and tune SOLIDWORKS CAM post-processors for your specific machines and controllers, including common platforms such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens. The goal is code that runs clean on your floor, not a generic post you have to fix by hand.

Can you help migrate our existing CAD data into SOLIDWORKS PDM?

Yes. We plan and execute SOLIDWORKS PDM and data-management rollouts, including migrating existing files, defining your vault structure and revision workflows, and training your team so the system actually gets used after go-live.

Do you provide support after the sale?

Yes. Technical support is handled by our engineers, not an outsourced call center. As an authorized SOLIDWORKS reseller, we support your licenses, troubleshoot issues, and help you get the most out of the software for the life of your subscription.

What areas does Morphos 3D serve?

We are based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and serve manufacturers across Wisconsin, Illinois, and the wider Midwest, with remote support available across North America. On-site work is most common in the greater Milwaukee and Chicago regions.
