What to Include in Your Request

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include:

  • Your SOLIDWORKS version and service pack
  • A description of the issue and what you were doing when it occurred
  • Any error messages or screenshots
  • The affected file, if it can be shared
  • Your operating system and hardware specs (if relevant)

Support is included with active maintenance contracts (ALC). If you’re purchasing a new license or need to add support coverage, contact us for a quote.
