Adam grew up in the SOLIDWORKS reseller industry — literally. His father ran a reseller, and the philosophy that drove it has shaped how Adam approaches every customer relationship since: it’s about the people, not the license count. Over nearly two decades he’s held every role the industry offers — from subscription specialist and technical operations to VP of sales and marketing and VP of operations — and built the full-pipeline perspective that Morphos 3D was built on.
